Last pic of my boi for now.

The head is made out of foam (base), rabbit minky, Mongolian fur, rose minky, cuddle minky, quilted broadcloth (for the liner), Worbla (eyes), buckram (eyes), and thermal plastic beads (horns/teeth). (See him better here)
The cloak and hat is a Simplicity pattern that I altered to fit his head better. I found this green minky at a local fabric store but they didn't have enough for the hat. Luckily I was able to find a green cuddle minky that was a PERFECT match! They are both lined with cotton and the heart is black to red mermaid fabric. The hat is held on his head with buckles and has some super thick interfacing to keep its shape. The scarf is cuddle minky with little hearts cut into it.
His glasses are made out of EVA foam and are held on by a magnet.
The hand paws are made out of rose minky and Mongolian fur with cuddle minky paw pads and cotton lining. They're stuffed with poly fill to give them their shape.
The feet paws are built off of shoes and are made of foam and have an EVA foam bottom.
He also has a floor length tail that's not shown that made out of rose minky and has a Mongolian tip. It's kept on by a belt and there's a slit up the back o the cloak to show it off.
