Not gonna lie. This cosplayer did have a nice and spot-on Neo going for her. I actually felt intimidated the second she held the umbrella as if she was going to use one of Neo's abilities in RWBY while getting ready for this photo. o3oNeo still kinda scares me, I guess. xD
