I think the one on the right works especially well, with the deep blue against the dark body, and bright markings. Did you have any particular influences for this clothing or was it a more free-form idea?

But why don't they have the second set of arms out? Too difficult for life in a desert (looks like a desert outfit).

They have slits they can extend their arms from, but when they walk around they have them drawn up close to the body, in fact some have little pouches that they strap on so they can rest their arms.

Yeah, their second arms are more dextrose, technically the lower arms have always been shorter, I just suck at drawing them like that.

Yes, fingers are slightly more delicate, still very strong, but they are more flexible. Also, the second arms don't have the barbs along them like the upper arms (the upper arms have them for grip when climbing).

Are Gapuri still brachiators? Their arms look too short and stocky for that.

Keep in mind that due to their arm structure (the internal "spine"), the arm does lengthen and shorten depending on use, the muscles control that (but only to a certain point). This is often why their arms look thicker when they are standing on them, that's because of compression. Though I do have to admit, they are a wee bit short in this picture 
Oh also, they will bring their head as close to the body when swinging through trees to give their bodies more clearance. Also, also, I should mention that they are not specifically brachiators, they do swing sometimes, but they do lots of vertical climbing straight up the coral trees (that's what the barbs on their upper arms are for, giving them traction to scoot up trunks of trees). It also varies depending on location, on some parts of Skatha there are lots more branches to swing around in, while on others they need to do more vertical climbing and hopping from tree to tree and such.
