left thumb of the girl should be un-straightened. Left collarbone should be raised.
In general when talking to someone we are forklifting is pretty natural to turn the head in the direction of his (or her) altough the eyes may continue to be pointed forward

You're right about the thumb, it looks like I never finished fine tuning her left hand. I don't think however that the Genesis 2 line allows for direct manipulation of the collarbone - at least not not just one side. I have a morph that can increase the prominence of the collarbones overall. I suspect that when I was trying to make her breasts respond to gravity and her position the morphs
Both the facing of his head and eyes, however, was intentional. He is deliberately looking both down and away from her.
Whereas many guys would be quite thrilled to be carrying an extremely grateful beauty like Tammy, he finds the situation quite awkward and is doing his best to A) not stare at the large objects just below his natural line of sight, and B) pretend he is not actually holding her in his arms.
Tammy's expression is mostly one of Attraction or something from i13's expression poses; I did Jack's expression myself and I drew his brows together and tightened his lips in an attempt to convey that his brain is having trouble processing or accepting something. I am pretty sure I did a better job of conveying Tammy's blatant interest in him than I did of conveying Jack's emotional response.
