A bit over powered, I know XD ! - But well, he can t run around and shock everything to tiny pieces with that current - it needs time to build up what works best by diving through storm-clouds. Maybe something I should have written there, too!

Well, it s easy to get such a high voltage (current however is pretty low) - You just don t use the 50 Hz! I ve onceΒ got 3KV out of a 24 to 230V transformer because I used a frequency of 200KHz (found this one out by chance.)
And if you want an arc to go far, you need a high voltage. The deadly thing however is the current. Current * Voltage = Power and that s what gives the burn-marks. Did you know that duct-tape can be charged with several Kilovolts?

Technically right - but the one that burns is the power (A*V) - Voltage is the energy needed to move electrical charge in an electrical field. As for voltage, you know this zapping sound it makes when you put on some synthetic clothes? You had just been charged with a few thousand volts (Electro-static discharge), but there s no power behind this. It will result in a zap, but wont do any damage.
In the case of Kaijd s lightning-strike, I was getting my inspiration from thunderstorms. For a lightningbolt from cloud to ground you need an absolut minimum of 10.000.000Volts - what are 10.... DAMNIT! Megavolts! Well, it was late when I wrote this ref-sheet. I think I need to change the volt-setting to maybe 5 Megavolt.

No, I just got some miss-information - and then, I exponentiated wrong!
I was sure, a thunderstorm lightningbolt had 10TV - I ve picked that up somewhere 2 years ago. Well, I re-checked, couldn t find my original source so I had to look for alternatives. I was right about the 10, but the Unit was wrong! - Anyways, changed 5TV to 5MV - still pretty high (in electronics, we usually don t use voltages higher 440KV)

Because that dragons technically shouldn t be able to fly XD ! With those wings they wouldn t get enough uplift to take off. But well on the other hand: We don t know anything about the physics in the Spyro-world. It s quite possible that their world hasn t such a high gravitational pull.
