Birthday-present forA bit to soon, but I had never been a master at timing XD !
This time: Starduster with soft shading AND scales! It s super-rare for a cel-shading-artist like myself to draw real scales and use soft shading XD !

Yup! With the help of a few preset brushes.
I think it were those ones: www.deviantart.com/art/Nebula-β¦ and the PS-settings were: Brushmode: Linear Light, dark background color and a light color to paint with (I choose a cyan). I also think I set the opacity to something around 30% if I recall right!
