Tweaked design of Sabretooth for my Alternate Marvel Universe.

Victor Creed in this alternate Marvel Universe is an infamous mercenary/assassin who has sold his deadly and savage mutant abilities to various criminal organizations and foreign governments in order to indulge his primal need to kill. He is on the wanted list of S.H.I.E.L.D. and various other law enforcement agencies for his various crimes and the numerous murders of both targeted victims and random innocent bystanders that became collateral damage due to his activities.

Creed remains a mutant with enhanced physical abilities which include superhuman level strength, speed, endurance, agility, reflexes and physical senses (eyesight, hearing, taste and smell). He also possesses animal like fangs and dense razor-sharp retractable claw like nails on his fingers and toes. He also maintains his enhanced healing factor that allows him to regenerate damaged or destroyed areas of his body as well as resistance to toxins, drugs and diseases.

It is revealed that the mission in which Don Logan engaged in and was crushed eventually resulting in his adamantium and bionic enhancements, was an attempt by the Canadian military to capture Sabretooth who was in Canada at that time rumored to be on an assignment to kill a high ranking Canadian official. Creed himself released the tons of steel and concrete that crushed Logan when he was tracked down by him due to his is own heighten senses and instincts alerting him to the fact that Logan was a “predator mutant” like himself with similar enhanced physical abilities which due to his more primal nature he perceived as a natural rival/threat that needed to be dispatched.

This is the catalyst in this alternate universe's ongoing conflict between Sabretooth and Wolverine as Creed seeks to eliminate what he views as an “inferior” predator while Logan seeks to eliminate “a savage monster in human form”, something he fears becoming himself due to the unethical behavior modifications that were done to him.

Although he still acts as a mercenary killer for hire, Sabretooth has become a member of Magneto's current incarnation of the Brotherhood of Mutants which allows him to indulge his savage tendencies on a much wider scale as well as allows him an avenue to attack/destroy Wolverine and his “family” of the X-Men whenever the two mutant groups clash with each other.
