Description
B-1B-NR, 86-0101 assigned to the 28th BS, 384th BW, McConnell AFB seen at Luke AFB in September 1993.
This technically was an ACC (Air Combat Command) jet since it carried the "OZ" tail code (for we're not in Kansas anymore Toto!), but it was still in the "Strategic" Scheme

Yeah, they are totally removed from the nuclear strike mission. They are conventional only.
