You own Legends Station?? Sweet. I'm a constant visitor being a hardcore Legends/Tron fan. Legends is my fav series of games, even to this day. And this picture is great.
Maybe it's missing the feeling that everything is moving. I think the falling snow effects that.

You may be onto something with the snow. I'll have try playing with it sometime, maybe even a simple motion blur would help bring the picture to life a bit more.
