Just as she gets her knees beneath her, three rope nooses cinch up tightly about Valerin's throat. Breathing becomes first difficult, and then almost impossible as her chest heaves and she chokes for air.

This one replaces the... uh... other replacement.

I'm going to keep firing these out, but it will come at the expense of a lot of interaction, for which I am truly sorry. I try to answer questions when I see them, but little more than that.

The model for these Valerin revisions has been identified as ~catchan , who has posed for some great images for me to use. I'm still waiting for someone to identify the photographer in the mix--he/she is a great DA personality who has been commenting on "Demon's Due" for a long, long time. Whoever guesses it (outside of the photographer himself/herself, ~catchan , ~john33 , and "that other sneaky guy"), will get a couple of pieces on permanent feature in the "Demon's Due" Plus journal entry.
