Queen Eirwen - One of my “Fairy Queens” series. The fairy queen of winter, Eirwen is 18” tall and has a wire and cloth armature over which a cotton skin has been stretched and then needle sculpted. Her wings of iridescent white lame have a span of 12 1/2” and are also wired and have faceted crystals attached. Her dress is a silver embroidered net robe over a white satin gown edged with sparkly hand crocheted “fur.” She has a beaded ice crown and necklace to finish her outfit. she is simply breathtaking! her sweet face, you have a gift with the elfin faces) and the details are extra lovely white on white I think. I think you should submit her to a doll magazine! she would make the cover!
