That's Urahaen, Spiira's father! SO AMAZING!
The name is kind of random except for being inspired by #871's ever amazing and present gas mask.
I pretty much adore drawing this character. He's amazing.(Dogs often wore gas masks in the world wars just the same as people - there were even gas masks for horses!
)I almost forgot his collar! O.o
Traditionally inked with digital colour.
