Description
This texture of Jupiter was made from Hubble data from 1995, the year of the Galileo orbit insertion and somewhat after the impact of comet Shoemaker-Levy 9. The colors look fairly realistic to me.Data is from here: gms.gsfc.nasa.gov/vis/a010000/…

This is the last part of my truecolor Jupiter textures for the moment. Now I have a nice set of textures documenting the changes in Jupiters clouds over 4 decades in steps of roughly 7 years. There are a few more textures I could use, but they don't fill any significant gaps.
