Description This is mostly focused on positioning the light rather than actual shading
Making some tutorials, Im not too good with them, so if you have any questions let me know!
I want to point out you do NOT need to copy exactly how I blend or set down lines, I wanted this to show my method but mostly just positioning of shadows and tips on coloring. I promote you trying your own things and if this was helpful in any way please feel free to show me your work! Also, if youd like to reference the lines I did feel free to and I can also provide you the plain lines if youd like to print them or just color it digitally.

Step one, start with a light source and base color, it can be any color of course, I provided the colors I used to shade this but feel free to use whatever you like. If youre using colored pencils dont press hard but make light hatches over till the color is the shade you want, better to go over a few times than start over!

Step two, this is going to be the base to your shadows, I used a watercolor brush on ms5 for this, on traditional you cant scribble it on as much as I did but just start from where you want the shadow to start and just make light marks over, giving it a airbrush effect, its hard to explain over text but you will just need to lighten the pressure every line or so to make a sort of gradient, again, best to start light and add layers of dark as you go. Find your light source and its important to imagine the bumps and curves on the body and what shadows they might cast. getting used to this may require references, either of real people or others drawings, however simple or complex you want the shadows is up to you, but for me I find the light source simple enough to help imagine shadows. areas to keep in mind for shadows are, under the breasts, the neck under the head, knees and dont be scared to add shading to the tummy like I did here! Experiment with what you like the result of most!

Step three, here, I am blending and refining the shadows a bit, mostly blending, for knees I blend the upper portion but leave the bottom part generally sharp on paper you can do so with your finger, crumbled paper towel, or whatever you use to blend, for cell shading of course this isnt needed.

Step four, here, I added a red/peachy color to certain areas like the breast, crotch, parts of thigh and bellybutton area with an airbrush and blended it slightly. Also added some shine to stockings with airbrush and blended. Also colored the lines.

Again, I know I am not the best on directions, but if you ever need help on a certain pose or anything, please let me know, and let me know if this was helpful
