David always made me think "that's what Tobias could have been." Lost family, gained more power than any person could dream of, and nothing left to lose. If he wasn't so eager to help the others I think Tobias would have gone rouge right on the spot.

I agree with the earlier comments. The last panel was superb. I really like your artistic style. And the last panel accentuates it, and the characters you are trying to portray. Perfect! Please keep it up! I'm hopelessly searching for a new take on the series. And since it doesn't seem that a new TV series is in the works anytime soon, I gotta find awesome fanart to fill my love of Animorphs.

I like how you spaced the narration boxes in the last panel. Is it tricky deciding which lines of narration from the book to adapt into the comic? (Really, that might be a question better asked of ~HotPinkCoffee )

I really, really want to, but I'm trying to be realistic and do one book at a time. I'm hoping to get a bunch of pages done during my winter break so it doesn't seem like such a hopeless task, though, haha.

I love this whole page so hard. The silhouettes is a great way to do that last panel, and Rachel's face close-up is GOLD. I totally imagine Jake in that outfit, too.

It's the little buttons on the cuffs that really scream 1997 to me.
