-"RAIPENING is the ruler of the middle atmosphere, where storm clouds develop. As such, he has the power of storms, and is often depicted riding on a thundercloud. His wings shimmer with the seven colors of the rainbow, but when he is enraged he can also throw powerful lightning bolts with them. RAIPENING is one of the three Legendary Serpents, chosen by RANIMA to protect the Sun."
Second legendary, based on the Rainbow Serpent of Aboriginal Australia. Though I am aware that I'm not the only one to have come up with this idea , I'm still proud of how he turned out.
Next will be the Fire-type legendary. Stay tuned

To clarify, the spelling is RAIPening, and it's pronounced RAI-pen-ing (like the word "ripening"). And no, this isn't Quetzalcoatl, it's the Rainbow Serpent; Quetzalcoatl is covered by the Fire-type serpent.
