Description
Tell me what you think about the idea of having a bigger curved start button and show desktop thingie. I personally like it a lot, since I never liked the orb in Windows 7, the orb looked great on vista, but now with superbar icons it just looks like some icon, it doesnt look special like a start button should, I mean even the spacing is kinda the same...PS I released the clock yesterday, check my gallery.

It's windows 7, the superbar functions different from a normal taskbar, so no.

Nice I like how you have Vista, XP, and 7 all on your computer.
I don't feel too fond about the big taskbar icons either.
I ordered my copy of 7 like in June when Best Buy had a great deal on it so I'll be using 7 shortly after the 22nd. x)

Gives me an impression as if the xp start-button have slid left out of the screen. However I understand the urge to do something more consistent, and I'm sure you'll end up with a great solution many of us will try to use/emulate on our desktops, I have a suspicion that this is not the final step yet.
Can you make the button wider or is it limited to this size?

I can't make it wider due to limitations if the canvas, but I also wouldnt want to. Wider would look odd, and the logo would seem too small. I like it just the way it is.

How about just having the Windows Logo with out any circular border. Just the detailed Windows logo, Enlarged a bit with detail ofcourse. That would be something new, i guess

I like the idea of the new startbutton a lot. It looks a lot like Luna Element, which is a great VS for XP. I agree with you that the Orb doesn't look right in Windows 7. But I like the Hover effect of the original Orb a lot.
