what's the Finger Brush? is it the Smudge Brush? that's what i'm guessing because that's what it looks like

But yes! It's the smudge tool!
When I downloaded FireAlpaca for the first time, the program already gave the smudge brush that name.
I dunno if they changed it OR if you're using a different paint program, but yes! The Finger Brush is the Smudge Brush!

Ye, it's now the smudge brush. I'm assuming when this tutorial was made it was still the finger brush

That's odd..
Well, you can always try to make one.
Just copy one of your brushes and then double click it. After that, change the pen type to smudge.(it's the same as the finger tool, I promise)
That should help you out
