Hey,
If you are using photoshop then in the upper menu bar click window -> bush.
A window should appear with all brush settings.

Yeah, I know that already, but I can't see anything with brightness or contrasts ;;.
Probably I'm just blind.

Hey, those are default photoshop brushes with default textures. If you are using photoshop, just open the brush settings and you will find texture options in there

Sorry, old tutorial. It is explained a little bit better in this one
Choose any brush. In settings of a brush choose "texture" and apply any texture that you want i have examples in the picture. Play with scale, brightness, contrast settings. And thats it.
Hope it helped

These were not painted each one separately, those are brush strokes and because of the strong contrast only most even parts are visible.
Simple round brush with rough texture as you can see in the first step. In texture settings set brightness to minimum and contrast to maximum, choose the right color and you will get shiny round things
Hope it helped

Forgot to add brushes
I used only photoshop default brushes www.google.ru/search?q=default…
in this picture you can see simple round brush and square bruses in the third line.
