Do you love villains that are so hatable that you wish you could reach through the pages or screen just to strangle them? Lol, well, my magic-user OC Martin is definitely that, and he’ll have you hating him so much in no time once you get to reading him in ‘Where the Wild Calls’ if you haven’t yet. And if I’m being honest, he is one of the best villains I’ve ever written in my life! In fact, he is much worse than Goth and Throbb.

Alright, well, on with what you need to know! Martin has three tattoos: two of the same snake tattoos on his upper arms to his forearms, and then one on his back—Martin loves snakes as you can tell XD

So, I wasn't able to draw it in his reference sheet, but like Kass, he has a pentagram mark in the middle of his right hand and a necklace with the amulet being a green color that allows him to transform into any animal he desires. I’ll try to make references for them when I get the chance.

He has a band on his forearm, like Goth and Throbb. However, it’s not real. It’s an illusion—you can see it but can’t feel it.

Description:

Human form: He has sand-white skin, black hair, heterochromia eyes: green for his left eye and brown for his right, and they look like snake eyes. He has tattoos on his body, both his arms containing an interesting snake species from his muscled upper arms to his forearms, while his back tattoo is a cobra snake.
Bat form: Same descriptions up above, only he has steel gray fur, sangria red wings, and a mane that’s a hazelwood color. Not only that he has snake-like teeth and a fake band on his forearm. He’s taller than Kassidy, Holden, Shade, Marina, Orestes, Helen, Dianna, and Throbb, but the same height as Goth.

Background (I recommend not reading this if you have not read WtWC to avoid possible spoilers): Martin was given up for adoption when he was a baby, and though it’s unclear why that was a loving, married couple who couldn’t have children did not hesitate to adopt him and raised him. Growing up, Martin never realized he was adopted as he always assumed his parents were his biologically. What someone always picked out the most about him were his eyes. Not because they were two different colors, but because they looked like snake eyes. Doctors couldn’t explain it, but because of Martin’s eyes he was considered a freak in school and was picked on because of them and because of how nerdy he looked.

For the rest of his backstory you can read about it in Ch. 51, though you will have to read the fanfic first if you have not done that. Trust me, you’ll better understand his motives and why he is the way he is.

Personality: If you looked up the words serial killer in the dictionary you’d find Martin’s picture in it. Do not underestimate him as he is a very dangerous man to be reckoned with as he is a very powerful and strong man. He’s very unpredictable as you never know what he has planned, he can be very manipulative, turn things to his advantage, and is good at finding loop holes. He’s a very cunning man and will do whatever it takes to get what he wants, even if it means murdering someone. If someone manages to wrong him, Martin will not hesitate to put you on his list of people he wishes to murder and track them down until their life is drained completely, like Kassidy and her family. Why, you might ask? You will have to read and see. Martin craves power, and he will rid of anyone that stands in the way of achieving what he wants.
