Edit 1: As suggested by ^steph1254 ~ The joker starts his jump at the same level as the poor guy he's hitting ... also I moved the hands of both emotes

This made me giggle. 
The animation is great. The only thing I might suggest is when the joker/village idiot emote is down and his hat is in the air, let his hat come down to rest on his head before he jumps again. It sort of looks as though he's jumping into the hat.
I really do love his little scepter thing and his hat. It's a really good emote. ^^

The hat is meant to look light ... so it sort of moves slower than the joker himself. I'll have a look at the file to see if I can get a slightly better result by bringing the hat further down.

I like this 
The first thing is the Joker emote being higher than the red emote. If you lower him down to the red emote's level a bit more and have him jump from there, I think that'd make it look a bit more fluent in terms of the character layout. If it was intended for him to be hitting it from the side/back then I would suggest repositioning the hands to a little higher up, so that they're sitting comfortably on the body. 
I think the hat is nicely animated and the animation itself is smooth, nice job.
