Titling isn't my greatest skill. o_OAlso this BARELY made it into my... not... scraps gallery apparently. I don't like this as much as I maybe could because the THING is disconnected from the background which is barely anything at all, making it seem... like the image is two separate images? But uh... maybe people will like the design of the creature and uh... it gets more publicity this way?? Even if it's not the sort of thing I'd want to get a lot of attention because I'm more satisfied with OTHER things I've drawn?? o_O
It's not that I DISLIKE it, I just would prefer if I'd executed it differently.
(I also don't like that I'm submitting something like THIS instead of the elemental AIR thing that I apparently need to do to complete the set thing...! Now all four of them won't be on my front page together...! D: )
I am rambling! I should stop that now! THIS IS A CREATURE THING! Huzzah!

Aah, I recognize this beast. Well not reallyut it bears similarities with quetzalcoatl the chief mayan god. The feathered serpent.

I meant to comment on this EARLIER, but kept putting it off for various reasons! o_O
ANYWAY, now I am saying things!
THIS CREATURE IS INTRIGUING! I first saw it on the "deviantWATCH" bit of the main page, and knew that it was something of YOURS as soon as I saw the thumbnail! It looks so distinctly FIREQUILLIAN!
It also looks like it would be quite SMALL... o_O
It's interesting though! It looks perhaps like some kind of aquatic parasite, but it has FEATHERS, suggesting that it'd be aerial...!
I like the vivid and varied colours of this image! How totally different to my monochromatic things! o_O
I wish my MONITOR was better though; I probably can't fully appreciate the colours with THIS thing... =_=
Oh! I just remembered that the first thing I noticed about this was the SKETCHINESS! Which I like a lot, ohyes! And the lines are WHITE rather than BLACK. I noticed that. I'm observant. : D
It has a BELLY that's like... whatstheword...? I can't even think of a WORD for it... o_O
But you do that often! Bellies of creatures that look like that! All, uh, reptilian but with a hint of sliminess and transparency? I wish I knew more WORDS for things! o_O
Apparently I really like the darkish, small, thin patterny things on the golden feathers... Y'KNOW, the patterns coming from its back... All SWIRLY and INTRICATE and... those attracted my attention!
But I REALLY like the material that the tail spike and horn are made of! It makes me think of RUBY or something; definitely some kind of deep red gemstone, and it looks... delicious? o_O
I like the BACKGROUND also! The creature doesn't merge into it, so it IS distinctly a BACKGROUND, but still, it's interesting! There's that PATTERN, and the scribbly cloudiness, and also those like... THINGS that make me think of Aztec runes? I noticed those. I'm observant. : D
Anyway, this looks probably quick and sketchy, but I like it! I like all of your art! Yay! : D
(Maybe I should do some art of my own? Or should I get back to MARDEK 3...? Or compose music?! Or just sit here edgily waiting for you to log on? HMMM. o_O)

Or uh... I totally had the sort of... SHININESS I wanted to uh... MAKE... with that red... stuff... sort of pictured in my head a certain way, but I really didn't... "PAINT" it well... But uh... PRACTICE. MAYBE I'LL ACCOMPLISH WHAT I WAS AIMING FOR NEXT TIME?!
But I apparently like that... SOMEWHAT TRANSPARENT... JELLYISH... uh... WAY that I did the underbelly and tail... stuff... also! Yes! IT APPEALS TO ME?? So I'm glad I can... uh... MAKE IT?! WITH COLOURS?!? Uhh... o_O
Those darker swirly bits were probably also one of my favourite parts of it maybe?!/ I AM COMPLIMENTING MY OWN IMAGE?!/ It must be because I'm full of myself!1 o_O
