I really enjoy your animation and I really like the detail in the hair and tears. To me, it feels like a lot is going because there's a lot of rain but aside from that the animation seems really nice to me. Another thing that, maybe it's just me, but the skin color seems really bright (or what's the word.. the contrast?) compared to the rest of the colors? Like if the skin was tinted blue a bit, or something of that sort. Sorry if I'm using the wrong terms, I hope you kinda understand what I mean x-x

Wow, that's a really cool animation, even though I am basically 0 experience on making animation like this-
I would need to say, the rain drops are drawn very realistically and it's really cool indeed. I also love how you colour in the hair and made use of shading quite well. It made the hair looked like a semi-realistic / anime style.
But I think the neck is a bit... too long. The sketch looks fine though (which I noticed, since you attached in the description) I think you may have just extended it a bit just for your signature? also, ,do you mind telling me what's the white triangular thing in the middle of the neck and signature? I think it's a bit too bright for your shading....
But good work on the animation <3 Keep up the good work <3

Firstly I'd like to say I love this, I love animations and while I can see where it loops at, that's nothing, I love the rain and the droplets (or tears) on your character's face and for this being your first animation I think you did a really good job. I think the only real thing you could improve is the shape of the characters head, I'm not super good at anatomy but I feel like the back of the head/ neck is a little...maybe flat...or just a weird shape. Like I said I wouldnt say anatomy is my strong point but it was one of the first things I noticed when I saw your picture. Also I think you did an amazing job with shading the hair!
