And how did Shinichi manage to die in Ran-chan's dreamworld? x3 choked on a cookie, keeled over, faked his death to catch the murderer, and then tripped on a lamp and broke his neck.
...poor dreamworld ran-chan was never the same... they had a dreamworld funeral and everything.
