I'm glad to see some art for Master Chief Gil Shannon. He is one of my favorite characters in any of the novels I've read. The art is amazing. The addition of the Night Vision Device to the front of the scope makes it even better. The cloak reminded me of that part of the book and by far makes me want to read it again

haha. its a Schmidt and Bender scope with a PVS-22 night vision scope in front of it. and of course the shroud that covers where the 2 of them meet so that there isn't a green glow from the night vision. i tried to re-create the gear he uses in the book. as for the multicam - i found a decent photo online of the fabric laid flat. i use that most of the time and rubber stamp where i have to.
