Remember that you can always change the colour of the outlines in "layer style", "satin" or "stroke" (remember to click in the "center" otherwise it will only affect the outside of the outline!)

Here's a quick tutorial for how to make quick Speech bubbles with no effort and nice results...well I think it's nice results lol XD
