Description
Adler's Prelude - CraftyHere is another black and white for Adler's Prelude. Here we get to know some more about Ashien that might surprise a lot of people. It sure surprised Andria.
I've had this idea for a while. Just seems kind of ironic. One who doesn't wear clothes, normally, is talented in making them herself.
Here we also get a look of Ashien when she was about twelve years old.
Not sure many will pick up on this, but Yuriko is just waving. Seems she's learned to wave, and Adler's finding it so interesting.
The setting is a play date for the kids in Ashien's home. Explains why she's dressed like that, or should I say 'not'?
I hope to get to the coloring between commissions.
I look forward to everyone's thoughts on the picture.

It's good to add things to the personality to make the characters feel like people.

Cool drawing and story. It is certainly ironic the situation expressed. Maybe she either don't like to be clothed or didn't thought that to be necessary for staying home.

When Ashien goes out she dresses, but when she's relaxing at home she's happier to be nude.

Well, when she does wear clothes she's rather selective.

Reminds me of "Me" when i had my first boy........
I'd make his jumpsuits because all the other ones wee so goofy looking.
Oh and by the way..........Let me see if i can contact Fred....er..Mr. Perry to take a look at your stuff. You know you can submit to the Press anytime. Hey!!!submit for the swimsuit editions!!! I bet you'll get in.

It's nice for people to be able to connect to the characters. For Ashien it's like dressing up a doll.
No need for you to try and contact him yourself. Even if you did I doubt he'd have the time to check ever picture he's ever asked to check out.
I've thought about submitting something for the swimsuit special.

That's the irony of it. She's so good at something she'd rather not wear.

Just one thing. I believe the suffix -chan is used when referring to a female person while -kun is used for a male person. This I noticed in the first panel. Besides that, I never thought of Ashien to be the crafty one either... XD

It can also refer to little boys. A mother will often refer to her child as chan even after they are grown up

If you've ever seen the anime Detective Conan Shinichi's mother always calls him "Shin-chan".
In the reverse Megure calls Ran, "Ran-kun".

I'm not sure how this helps you with an RPG, but okay.
Glad you enjoyed it.

Well, most players don't think about the little things, Its always about 'Where can I get Sword A and Armor B to Kill Monster C.' ... most don't consider, "I can save Gold if I make my own things."

Sometimes your females seem to be a bit too muscular.
The arm in the fifth panel for example.
Like the drawing and story, but who is Adler?

Haven't you seen Andria's character sheet? She's suppose to be muscular.
If you search back the baby boy is Adler, Ashien's son .

I see his work as my artistic idol.

Didn't even know their site had forums. Maybe I'll check it out, but I doubt even if I said something he would get the chance to check it out. He's busy enough handling his work stuff, and can you imagine how many requests he gets like that?
