Description
Alder's Prelude - Over Protective part 2This is the conclusion of Ashien's overprotective story. Adler is now strapped to his mom. Normally he loves to be close with her, but now he can barely ever get free to have some fun.
I wish I had drawn everyone in the second panel a lil' smaller. I wanted to point out everyone's age. This plays back to how Ash says she wants Adler to grow up big and strong.
There is a reason why I went with the Japanese sound effect in the third panel. It's kind of a joke that you most likely wont get unless you have seen episode 10 of the Negima!? remake. If you see that show this would make more sense.
You may notice a few edits from the b/w version. Like the sound effects and that chibi drawing of Ash in the last panel. I think it adds a little something. This just shows you she didn’t just sit back and watch. She does run in and save him.

She's a nudist and she's comfortable in the nude. She will get dressed if she needs to go out, but if she's home alone, why does she have to get dressed?

When Ashien visits Adria's home she dresses. She just prefers to dress very light at her own home. You'll notice that she does wear a top sometimes too.

I think the last panel with the chibi Ashien is a really good contrast to the rest of your art in this strip. I've never liked chibi art, but as a contrast it works effectively. Good job.

Mhm Really nice. This time I really have little to say. Just that it's really nice.
I especially liked colored version of "Enlightened" when Ash realizes that she has been making HUGE mistake. This light from the heaven looks really great as if she was Enlightened by Gods XD
There is a one little thingy that disturbs me in last panel. Those trees which are behind Ash looks more like... mountains, cause there is now way to distinct leaves or branches, but that's probably just my way of seeing it.
You like teasing us don't you, I find that showing bit of Ash's hip really entertaining XD. And her b&w outraged chibi version looks both hilarious and scary, Really especially those sharp fangs her mouth is filled with.
Okay this is the last thing. Adler's T-shirt rules all over the place XD

Well, that whole scene on the third panel is inspired by the event in the Negima remake episode 10. You have to see that to get the full effect of the joke. It also explained the small comment, "I Fail!?".
I know the trees look a lil' weird, but those are just a quick random background.
If you read Ash's character sheet. She is a nudist. That's why she likes wearing loose clothes. She also doesn't like to wear underwear. She doesn't see the point of wearing clothes under clothes.
In that chibi version there are no fangs. That's panic and fear. Those lines are just all the black lines made white.
I liked Adler's shirt. I saw that in a store the other day.
