These are the same 2 bowls I posted a few weeks ago, but from the beginning I planned on filling the burns with a resin and finally got around to doing it. The lighter bowl on the left was filled with a blue resin with just touches of white for highlights. The one on the right was filled with a metallic grey to try and contrast the darkness of the bowl. I'm satisfied with the final look but it wasn't easy, there is a small time window between when the resin is firm enough to fill the burns going up the sides and to solid to even use and I ended up cutting it really close.
