It depends on the site. I know some sites, Mweor is an example, that's open for many ages. Moshimonsters is also one.
Sites such as palcomix and skeezy, not appropriate for kids.
And, if the internet is for 13+, please explain those commercials with kids (whom appear just a little older than toddlers) playing on computers. The internet has many different websites created for different ages.

Yes, she was a bit of a hard one to handle. The last two I banned were easy since the admins were prompt when it came to responding to my reports. This one here was a bit more difficult because the admin I had this time was very slow. Not to mention she acted like a total stuck up. That annoying little fink.
But what if she does come back? I mean, I've heard rumours that some Deviants tend to come back by avoiding multiple bans via creating new accounts. What do we do when that happens?
