Not exactly. But for sites like dA and Facebook, etc. A general social network site, it's for thirteen and up.
When I first used the internet, I used it for games sites, Cartoon Network and things like that.
But in general, I don't actually care, as long as people don't expect me to make excuses and sacrifice myself for those under the age of thirteen...

12 & up,in my opinion.Children at 12 should be maturing.(Unless it's the 6th graders at my school,ignorant bastards..)I joined the internet at like 6-7,usually for like game websites such as miniclip.com or nitrome.com.But,I agree with you in some ways.
