hah I know right. Thing is, I've had plenty of 12 year old friends that were more logical than my 14-18 year old friends to be quite honest. it's very silly when you think of it, without crazed 16 year old hormone influenced emotions from getting banned from youtube because you were 8, or something along those lines. (< just about every person on dA that hate 12 year olds)

I would put this up on my page but i have some younger friends who are actually pretty mature for their age and have some decent work who might think this is aimed towards them...
but im tired of all the little kids commenting and posting things without thinking maturely. most of them are insanely rude, only because they don't know any better yet. going on the internet only makes it worse.

Generally, yes. But there are exceptions on both sides. I'm fifteen, and I know people older than me who are immature enough to not be allowed to be on the internet. And I also know a girl who is thirteen, but smart enough to discuss "mature" topics.

I think the age should probably be raised higher, kids have proved and prove on a daily basis that they can't cope with the internet. Heck, the more they argue they should be allowed, the more obvious it is they can't cope with it.
