This is pretty nice, peaceful scene. The soft colors are pleasant and the subject shows an intriguing blend or unusual/mundane. There are sufficient little pieces to keep the eye interested, and the sphere is well-placed to be in focus!
My recommendations are mostly shading-related. Looking at each object individually, they seem a little bit flat shaded – they do have highlights and shadows, which is obviously good, but the top plane of any object seems just as bright as the side planes. For example, the table is just as bright on the top as on the side, but the light is obviously coming from above, so for a more realistic lighting, I think all side planes should be a few shades darker than the top planes.
Second thing is that all objects are shaded about the same, but wood, paper and metal reflect light very differently in real life, so things end up looking a little bit flat. Metallic objects have strong, small highlights whereas wood has more diffuse highlights, and paper doesn’t reflect light much (depends on the type of paper, of course). So adding some bright highlights on metallic elements would help sell the illusion of their material.
And last thing, which is really a detail, is that the shadow’s angle doesn’t match the light rays’ angle ; ) You only notice it if you’re looking for it though, so it’s really not a big deal.
Overall, it’s a pretty sweet piece. It piques the viewer’s curiosity, it’s well-balanced and I really love the textures you’ve added to the various elements! Keep up the good work!

Thank you for the critique!
I have a habit of shading everything the same way, both angle-wise and the object itself. I'll make sure to take your points into consideration! Also thank you for pointing out the inconsistent shadow, I still have trouble with placement of shadows.
Again, thank you for the critique!

Hello! I’m here from ProjectComment.
I apologize in advance, but I’m not sure I’m going to have a lot of critiques for you with this. When I look at it, nothing jumps out at me as being wrong with it or in need of attention.
It’s a quiet piece, and I like that. I guess the technical term would be still life, but while they don’t usually catch my attention, I don’t really see too many that are based on technology, either, so that could be why. What I love about this drawing is that, while ‘still,’ it also conveys action – there’s action going on somewhere, but this moment just happened to catch a pause in all of that. Eventually, the artist/worker/engineer will come back to finish what they were working on, and that’s when a kind of life will form from what are now random bits and pieces. I feel like I’m kind of on the edge of a cliff here, waiting to see what eventually becomes of everything you’ve shown. So that’s just a very long way of saying that I think you chose a great moment to portray even if nothing is happening in that instant.
I’m afraid I don’t know enough to get technical about your composition, but it works for me. While all of the objects are weighted to one side of the canvas, the light playing in from an unseen source provides balance, in my opinion. It’s another way of showing that there’s a lot of action going on to the right, but, just aside from that, there’s maybe a quiet scene outside of a window. So that’s an interesting sort of balance in its own way.
Your shadows are subtle but consistent, and I think the light touch you used on them works well with the overall softness of your palette. The picture has depth, but neither the light nor shade is overwhelming. It reminds me of a Studio Ghibli style (I’m not sure I spelled that right…) I’m glad you included the detailed plans, too. They add a nice detailed depth to the scene.
Maybe – Maybe – you could add more detail to the wall behind the table to convey an idea of what sort of building this is in. Is it a chipped, cracked wall of a cottage, a stained garage wall? Or a carefully kept family room wall with a photo or two hanging on it? You know, something like that. But if you didn’t do that, I wouldn’t have any complaints. The relative anonymity of this works for me anyway.
Okay, that’s all I have for now. If there's anything I missed that you were hoping to get a comment on, let me know and I'll swing by again.
Kevin

Thank you for the critique!
I'm happy you liked the piece! And don't worry, your reasons why you liked it can be seen as a critique itself (as in how I used my elements of design accordingly).
As for the wall, that's a good suggestion! Maybe when I do something similar, I can add more to my walls as you have suggested.
Again, thank you!

It's a really creative idea to add the blue prints! The beams of lights give the drawing More depth. The only thing I noticed was that the circles aren't perfect. But that's not really a big problem. Like I said before, I love the blueprints!

I'm the only one that thinks that robot looks like portal's modules?
The drawing is really good, but that made me laugh, I really like that game
