Description

I've been at something of an artistic block this week, so I decided to draw out all of the ideas I'd had for a second Gout Catboy episode; it is set in the Hague (the final home of Baruch Spinoza), and it will include references to Sofia (Gnosticism), Lucifer (Catholicism), and Malakh ha-Maweth (Rabbinic Judaism).

I got the idea from how many anime will include references to Solomonic Necromancy, the Kabbalah, or to Abrahamic Angelology, without much of any knowledge as to what any of those are. This one Monster Girl anime where the anime girls are all demons from the Lesser Key of Solomon (or Lovecraft aliens; I forget which, maybe both) comes to mind, so I wanted to see how I could make something as ridiculous, while still being true to the original figures.

Maybe I'll include a reference to the Shamir (the worm which allegedly cut the stones of the Second Temple) as well. I love having a Jewish education.
