the pokemon live in the deepest part of the ocean and are very rare to catch because of the distance trainers have to travel to catch them. their bodies float when they are in the water but are kept grounded because of their weights, but on land the are very heavy and move by swinging their weights and launching themselves at their opponents.
they are both water/steel type
the first evolves into the second after learning explosion (level 31)
