many myths have been started from vambatta and its evolved form. they only feast on dark red berries which gives the appearance of them sucking blood. they are actually very calm and quiet pokemon. they have very excellent hearing and very poor sight.

scientist have found vampideath's migration patterns very strange. every year around the beginning of fall they gather in huge colonies and fly together to large mountain ranges and hibernate through the winter in large caves that tunnel through the mountains. they are a little more aggressive than vambatta are but are also very usually calm pokemon.
