I'm always having a lot of trouble drawing the body and faces from different angles.
please what would you suggest me to do ?

Definitely look at life references. It helps a hella' lot! Get someone to pose for you or take picture references of the body/face at different angles so you can always refer to them when there isn't any one else around to pose!
