This is a very old concept of mine, finally finished! Both are the same Pokemon, but the left is deflated and the right inflated.

Tardidure

This Pokemon is so small that trainers often don't notice it, though it lives all across Rica. When threatened, Tardidure can spit out water to become even smaller. Its tough armor covers it so well when deflated that few attacks can damage it.
