This was made to be an art trade with . I actually wanted to make a complete set to trade, but that never materialized. I got this one finished and my art drive crumbled soon after this picture because of school and never rekindled.I still have the Jolteon LA lying around... somewhere.
Done in Prismacolor pencils like usual.
