Description
This is a map of the four colonies of the current universe I’m working on! This story was originally a warrior cats story that I was working on 5 years ago, but the only thing that has been kept the same is the colony names and the fact that they are made up of cats.

Each colony live in a unique biome:

- Hollowing Thickets (green) live in a deciduous forest with rough terrain and a surplus of cliffs and mountains. They are the second largest colony

- Rushing Shoals (blue) live in a temperate climate, with tropical foliage next to the sea. They are the largest colony

- Bitter Flat (white) live in a tundra, however, due to their proximity to Rushing Shoals, the edge of their territory gets a bit warmer and denser with foliage. They are the third largest colony

- Whistling Tor (red) live in a mesa, cut off from the other colonies by a very wide river. The only way to get to them is through a slight land bridge between their territory and Rushing Shoals. They are the smallest colony

In this world, each colony has their own unique occupations and cultures. They are also very large, ranging from 20-50 cats at a time.

Each cat in this universe also is born with a bird familiar, who is raised alongside the cat and is officially welcomed into the colony at the cats training ceremony. The colonies don’t eat birds for this reason, and each have their own unique types of birds. Rushing Shoals cats may have Piper plover, puffins, cranes, and other sea birds be their familiar, while Whistling Tors cats may have familiars such as hawks, burrowing owls, and eagles.

I’ll definitely be sharing a lot more about this, but for now this is the premise!
