Because Tim Drake desperately needs a new codename. "Red Robin" just sounds goofy, and Batman really doesn't need two Robins. Colors to come at some point in the future.Related content

I was just thinking about this the other day. I just think that Cardinal would actually be a better name for Tim Drake. Or Crimson Cardinal instead of Red Robin.
