I used the airbrush in Photoshop, as opposed to the solid line brush, just to test it out. I was worried about it looking a little "beach t-shirt"-ish, but it came out fine.The Flash is copyright DC comics

Awesome pic. The Flash is my favourite superhero (thanks to the 90s TV show w/ John Wesley Shipp). I love the background and the feeling of movement you've got.

Thanks. I used to watch that show all the time when I was a kid, and I was REALLY looking foward to the movie. Too bad it got canned. Ryan what's-his-face would have made a great Flash. Oh well...

True enough. I wanted to seperate the Flash from his background as much as possible, so the whole thing wouldn't be just a big mess o' speed lines. Since cool colors naturally recede, I chose that blue-ish green (it's actually a pic of a galaxy that I ran through the "motion blur" filter in Photoshop").
