emm... A little healthy criticism: it was not necessary to do the blur of grass in the foreground ...

I wanted to blur out the background since it would be far too busy otherwise and it's not really possible to do one without the other since I was shooting such a small subject at f/1.4. I could've shot from a little higher up to get more of the foreground in focus but I wanted to stay on her level. Thanks though, critique is always welcome ^^

From the beginning I realized that this was due to the focusing of the camera.
In this case, you had to take pictures without the blur, and then add this effect using Photoshop. But I think that Photoshop is not your method?
But regardless of how you took a shot. The doll turned out great!

yeah, I really prefer to do things in camera rather than doing edits like that in photoshop afterwards as they tend to look messy and it's always better to do it in camera when possible.
