I still haven't settled on a character for her yet, I never really intended to own a Roda in the first place so I had no real plans for her or a character that would suit the sculpt but I leapt at the chance to buy her when *jaded-august offered her to me ~ She's so gorgeous, I just need to figure out who the hell she is, at the moment I'm leaning heavily towards Leto but we'll see ;3_____________

She's very beautiful in a very subtle kind of way, it's a nice change of pace from 'oh-lookie-at-me! I'm-so-pretty!~' that I've been seeing a lot of lately. Wonderful job with her posing and composition as well.

i don't really like the roda, as a sculpt, but you mentioned leto and i thought of the myth and all of a sudden, she didn't seem quite so odd-looking, to me
it's a great photo, regardless of my weirdness!

I know what you mean, Roda's totally a marmite sculpt, I'll admit I find her weird as hell to look at from certain angles but the same thing kinda happened for me, I've been toying with a few ideas for her such as making her another of Nifé's past lives or Rhea maybe (since a lot of my doll's characters are loosely based on Greek Mythology) but Leto just seems to click with her, especially considering the kind of 'hidden beauty' aspect of her myth, it just seems to suit the Roda.

that might be what did it for me; picturing her as leto just makes her... beautiful. i always imagine rhea (i did a greek mythology project in which i picked sculpts to draw them from, because... i can't draw) as a soom cass, but i think that might be because of her classic, statuesque features :3
