I'm really sorry this took so long to make. I was planning on churning out a page every couple of weeks, but when school started up for me again, I had a whole new barrel to deal with.
Anyway, we now begin the long-awaited actual informative content of the tutorial, starting with the head. I know, many other methods of drawing would have you start with a "line of action", but I am self-taught, so I never started with convention.
Hopefully succeeding pages of this tutorial will be posted closer to my original timeline.

I've thought about it, but I haven't done any yet. I might need to wait until I get a new computer that can handle running (new) graphic software and video capture software.

Actually, right now I use Corel PaintShop Pro X3, but I'd like to switch to Illustrator or Photoshop this year.

Do you have to pay monthly?

Not for Corel, but there is a way to get Adobe products on a monthly plan. I'd probably just buy it outright, though.

It's a measure of how much something has turned. On a clock, for example, the minute hand rotates 90 degrees every 15 minutes.

Funny thing is, I never use the line of action either. For anything. I know it's a helpful guide for most people, but it seems unnecessary to me. I mean, you're going to end up erasing it again anyway (just like you'll probably be erasing parts of a non-line-of-action sketch), so it just seems like an extra step that can be avoided. Maybe it's more useful with more realistic styles, but not so much for deformed cartoons.

I don't do lines of action for the body, but I do find them beneficial for drawing faces. In fact, I think I'll make that the next part of my tutorial...

They would probably help me balance the size and shape of my already slightly misshapen/misplaced eyes, but I'm too hasty to draw the picture in my head before it dissolves into nothingness...

all powerpuffs have fat heads. It's part of what makes them what they are.

Well, that's only half of it. The other half is how...entertaining/appealing it is.

But your drawings always come out awesome! Sometimes I find it hard to meticulously finesse a drawing to a point where it doesn't look like I meticulously finessed it.
I've used so many different templates in the past... it used to be closer to a circle (about a 5:6 ratio), but having it a bit wider gives me a little more room to make the big eye a complete circle without crowding out the small eye. Though I would imagine I'd compress it from 88mm down to 80mm (or so) when drawing closer to a profile view. (I've just never had to do it before...)
