Told ya' the next page wouldn't be so long...
You do not want to know how long this page took, with all the templates, Blossom's position, her action, and fitting the text to the space around her. First, I was only going to do a few of the heads in the table, but it looked incomplete. So I just figured I'd go ahead and make them all. Yeah, I'm like that. Plus I knew having a complete table would be more helpful than one with a few empty spots.
If some of the eye shapes in the table seem a bit small, remember that not all of the eye shape is seen; the hairline covers the top, and the outsides (between the hairline and the bottom of the eye) are removed so the visible eye extends all the way to the side of the face.
Don't forget there are three ways to rotate the face: horizontally (as in each row), vertically (as in each column), and by rotating the head itself. Here, Blossom's head is the 15° up and 30° right template, rotated left 10 degrees.
I've left the download size a little bigger this time so the table is easier to study.
This is my favourite page in the tutorial so far, considering all the information it has (not to mention Blossom being her usual cute self.)

LOL u can pretty much animate the heads from top to bottom like it's nodding.

Haha, I actually thought of that too—maybe by placing the pictures so that by scrolling with the mouse the heads aligned with each other.

A couple of hours (or more) each night for about a week. 
To be honest, I started the table up as its own drawing, thinking I might have Blossom hold it up as a chart. But then it would be almost too small to see, so it stayed full size. Though it's still a bit small to hold all the information I might like, like the exact angle of the eyes in each head... but that may be information overload anyway.

Yeah, I wasn't planning on doing them all, but I eventually figured including them all would make for a better visual aide.
Most of these I've never actually used; I just had to guess what I would do if I had to draw them.
