Looks like a charater that I would see on fire emblem.
I would recomend adding texture on his clothes (might be hard with the programs you used).

I played the GBA version. Fucking foggy maps... "Hey look enemy pops out of nowhere WHOOPS your peg knight is dead."

Ah.

At least the SNES version had no fog. Didn't help much since you were usually outnumbered horribly.
