Description
The Legère Manufacturing Assasin Evo series is a modular weapons system intended for police and rear echelon forces. The main version, the Assassin-43 evo.2, is a submachine gun chambered in a 4.35 PDW calibre intended to defeat modern body armour. Its lightweight and compact size makes it a favourite of rear echelon troops and police armed response teams.The Juniote Special Forces and Intelligence circles both liked the weapon system, however they expressed a desire for a quieter gun with a similar level of stopping power. Enter the Assassin-50 evo.3, an integrally suppressed version of the Asassin-43 chambered in a heavy subsonic 5 mm round. The result is a PDW similar in performance to the Russian SR-3M, although ranged drop-off is even more severe
The final current iteration of the Assassin Evolution produced by Legère is the Assassin-635, a police carbine with a firmer stock, longer barrel, and a standard Juniote 'Upper Intermediate' 6.35 mm calibre. This carbine has largely been adopted unilaterally by the Federal Guards, Julie's national gendarmerie and military police, as well as most metropolitan police forces across the country.
