My First Tutotial of any kind ever !!!!!! XDafter a long time of playing around to see what works for me i finally found it
and i have a new found respest for tutorial writers everwherehope this helps yall
as for the lineart if you scan or like me take pics of the lineart (if you go this route i recamomend that you take the pic in the shade and use a high res setting) i place the linart on the top and multiple it and place all the other layers on normal under the lineart layer

Sorry, but there`s too much blending. But the colours are really nice!

if you use the brushes under the WATER COLOR TOOL heading it should lessen the amount of blending
