Here begins a familiar flashback scene that shows how Mecha Sally was weaponized. Archie Sonic never went into detail about the process, but I really wanted to explore how Dr. Eggman modified her. Is it just a paint job or did he start tinkering under the hood?

There was some debate in the fandom of whether the partly roboticized Bunnie could ever have kids (because of the roboticization process possibly removing the "parts" necessary for that to happen). Speculative future storylines aside, I don't think the writers would want to open that Pandora's Box with Sally by going too much into detail.
